Our talent and our culture propel us forward. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Operations team. This role is vital to our continued success.


This position will be focused on finding and developing great talent, including permanent hires, contractors, and freelancers. This position will also support a polished employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, including coordinating training efforts throughout the organization.


You will be entrusted with making sure our values resonate throughout the candidate and employee experience and will be continually focused on meeting our staffing needs.


This position will be responsible for:

  • Lead hiring and recruitment efforts, including posting and promoting jobs, evaluating recruitment sources, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating skills assessments.
  • Responsible for employee onboarding, ongoing employee experience, supporting employees both on-premise and remote, and empowering our teams to focus on client strategy and execution
  • Assist in managing training efforts, including coordination, maintain an ongoing schedule of training opportunities, and supporting and optimizing our existing Development Model for the team
  • Coordinating a freelancer/contractor/partner network that ensures we have ‚Äútalent at the ready‚ÄĚ to support the existing team
  • Help implement our performance review system and other efforts that facilitate a culture of feedback and support staff development
  • Supporting development initiatives including sourcing potential training partners, helping to coordinate ongoing initiatives, and helping to foster a culture of curiosity and growth
  • Provide ad hoc support to other Operations initiatives

Requirements

Skills and experiences you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including hiring and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry to be able to identify relevant candidates efficiently
    • Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred
  • Strong knowledge of compliance practices related to recruiting
  • Experience using an ATS (e.g., Bamboo, Recruitee, Workable, Lever, Taleo, etc.
