We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Digital Strategy who can understand a client’s business and translate that info into a powerful and comprehensive digital strategy. You’ll be responsible for a few major things like leading digital strategy, key account supervision, people management, mentorship, and more.
You’ll be working closely with our marketing services director and you will both directly report to the executive team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key account supervision
Responsible for overall strategic direction of key client accounts
Develops and manages projects, including strategies, implementations plans, measurement systems, staffing plans, timelines and budgets
Aids in developing and delivering client presentations
Responsible for training, managing, developing and mentoring team members
Identifies growth trajectories for staff and ensure direct reports understand expectations and promotion criteria
Ensures clear direction in a supportive environment
Drafts high-level communications, including presentations, opinion pieces, and client memos
Publishes thought leadership content to our blog, other websites, and across social platforms
Ensures all written materials and correspondence are strategic and meet the client’s and account’s objectives
