Here's what you'll do: 

  • Leading and managing paid media campaigns on all platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) 
  • Auditing websites for SEO and conversion rate optimization opportunities
  • Creating targeted and automated ROI-focused email campaigns via HubSpot, Marketo, or other MA platforms 
  • Identifying actionable insights through Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools
  • Working within a team to implement diverse digital marketing plans on time and on budget
  • Staying up to date on the latest industry trends 
  • Communicating opportunities for new client features and optimizations

Requirements

  • Here’s what you need:

    • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency environment optimal)

    • Experience managing Google Ads campaign (Paid Search, Display, etc.)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Here’s what’s nice to have (these are bonus points:)

    • Familiarity with SEO best practices (link building, content strategy, keyword research)

    • Strong copywriting skills + Web Tracking Skills (Google Analytics optimal)

    • Experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns

  • Here’s what’s even better to have (these are a bonus to the bonus points :)

    • Experience in the B2B industry with a focus on lead generation

    • Conversion Rate Optimization background (landing page testing, A/B testing, heatmapping, etc.)

    • Experience with popular CRM platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
