We develop and manage¬†high-impact performance marketing programs for over 60+ clients, whether that be through a¬†lead generation campaign, search engine optimization, nurturing prospects and enabling sales, creating compelling ads, improving user experience, or creating and deploying custom technical solutions.


We're seeking an expert in Google Ads (preferably with significant knowledge of social media advertising and other relevant platforms as well) to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Director in PPC. If you love getting your hands dirty, constantly testing to find the best performing ads and keywords, and exploring the outer limits of the channel, you would be a great fit to join our team.

Requirements

Here's what you'll do:

  • Manage search and display campaigns in¬†Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant ad platforms
  • Continually test and optimize to drive outsized results
  • Analyze and report results using relevant¬†tools, including Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SuperMetrics
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the agency, staying up to date on the latest industry trends
  • Align with other campaigns (SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, & CRO strategies)
  • Working directly with clients to develop results-oriented strategies and report on campaign successes
  • Blogging to share your industry knowledge with industry peers and would-be clients


You'll have:

  • 7+ years direct experience in Google Ads (both search and GDN)
  • Proven track record developing and¬†managing complex accounts across paid media platforms
  • A long history of quantifiable business impact through digital media
  • Experience with Google Ads API and scripts
  • Experience with¬†Google's¬†automation (automated rules) and AI/ML
  • A passion for¬†A/B testing of ads, bids, landing pages,¬†and keywords
  • Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to self motivate and identify opportunities for enhancing processes and campaigns
  • Able to learn from others and contribute your knowledge to an existing knowledge base
  • Experience with SEO and/or CRO and/or Email Marketing preferred


Even better if you have:

  • Google Ads certifications (search, display, video, mobile, shopping)
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Experience with media buying outside of GDN
  • Experience with programmatic advertising
