We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to support WebMechanix’s Growth Marketing team. Your primary responsibility is to support the team by efficiently managing our day-to-day internal activity for some of our most significant accounts, working across teams to prioritize our work, set clear expectations, and keep things moving. You will help the team develop thorough, actionable project briefs, work within and across teams to coordinate priorities and streamline communications, and help the team deliver completed work in a timely and compelling fashion.

3 - 5 years in a project coordination/management role in a digital agency or similar environment
Preferably concentrating on delivering outstanding digital marketing to B2b clients
Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
Superior attention to detail
Positive, "can-do" attitude
Comfort with having candid conversations about timelines, priorities, and deadlines
Experience as a power user in Asana, JIRA, or other similar project management solutions
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Excel / Google Sheets reporting skills
2+ years of college coursework or similar experience
Here’s what’s nice to have: (these are bonus points :)
Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, CRM, etc.)
Experience working in a startup in growth phase (e.g., Series A/B)
Bachelor's degree or higher
