Here's what you'll do: 

  • Analyze Google Analytics and digital marketing campaign performance to help uncover opportunities for improved performance
  • Tell stories with data - help inform and persuade clients with actionable "so-whats" based on your analysis
  • Produce reporting that is easy for clients and internal team members to engage with
  • Assist in tracking setup to ensure that conversions and other key interactions are reported across multiple marketing and analytic platforms
  • Provide feedback to¬†marketing, creative, and development teams about the performance of their work
  • Assist in the strategy, implementation, and development of a/b and other types of in-market tests
  • Participate in research activities to improve the quality of our marketing efforts
  • Analyze customer databases, segment performance to support lead generation and nurturing activities

Requirements

  • Here‚Äôs what you need:

    • Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data

    • Ability to relate data trends and insights into meaningful action

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially as it relates to digital media, search engine marketing, and CRM

    • Proficiency in data collection/technical analytics (e.g., conversion tracking across platforms, Google Tag Manager, etc.)

    • Proficiency with data visualization technology (e.g., DataStudio, Tableau, etc)

    • Strong communication skills

    • 2+ years of experience working primarily in Google Analytics

  • Here‚Äôs what‚Äôs even better to have (these are bonus points :)

    • Experience working at a digital marketing agency

    • Experience in B2b¬†marketing

    • Experience in market research

    • Experience communicating and presenting to senior executives

    • Fluency in statistics (regression, correlation, predictive models, etc.) and/or experience using statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, etc.)
