You’re in luck, friend. We’re looking for a digital account manager who combines tactfulness with incredible project management skills. And you get bonus points if you've ever managed digital marketing campaigns on your own as well. Curious about the work you'll do? We're glad you asked: 

  • Serve as lead on several client accounts
  • Up-sell current clients on new projects 
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple client accounts using skills in SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and other digital marketing disciplines
  • Communicate client strategies to production teams on both marketing and development/creative sides of the house
  • Run 3, 6 and 9 month reviews of existing campaigns
  • QA deliverables generated by team members
  • Deliver presentations to clients and potential clients
  • Educate clients on best practices

  • Here’s what you need:

    • 2+ year working as an account manager, marketing coordinator, or similar role

    • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

    • Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills

    • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, keyword tools, reporting tools, and a range of popular digital marketing tools

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Here’s what’s nice to have (these are bonus points :)

    • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

    • Experience in reporting via Google Data Studio

    • Proven ability to translate Data/SEO/PPC services into compelling client opportunities

  • Here’s what’s even better to have (these are a bonus to the bonus points :)

    • Google Ads Certified

    • Google Analytics Certified

    • Experience in the B2B software, higher ed, or consulting industry
