Our Hiring Process

An actual human will read your resume. We don’t screen humans with algorithms. Every resume we receive is read by someone who looks beyond keywords to get a sense of the person behind the resume.
For most positions, we have a 5-minute assessment quiz that helps us understand your strengths and growth area. If you’re applying for a creative position, we’ll review your portfolio.
We’ll talk via video.
Tell us about your background, your interests and your future ambitions. Ask your questions about us. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other.
Then we’ll talk skills.
In this interview, we’ll get a sense of how you work and give you an idea of what kind of work you could do for us.
At this point, we’ll introduce you to some of the people you’d be working with daily.
Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete an assignment. For example, you might write copy, design an ad or audit a search account. This assignment usually takes about 2-4 hours, and we’ll pay you for your time.
